12 Days of Pop Ups: Bethlehem Pop Up Card

The Pazzles Craft Room is back with our annual 12 Days of Christmas event! This year the theme is pop up cards! Come back each weekday and we will show you a new pop-up card idea (complete with video tutorial)! 12 different holiday pop up cards total!

An amazing pop up scene of Bethlehem that helps us remember the real reason for the season. This entire pop-up scene is created out of one single piece and is sure to take the recipient’s breath away!

This is easily one of my favorite cards that I have ever designed (and I have designed a lot of cards let me tell you!). I love that it is all cut from one piece on the inside. There is very little gluing or even cutting involved in this card, it’s all about the folds.

There are quite a few folds to make the pop-up effect but once you watch the video you’ll see it is pretty easy as long as you keep two tips in mind – work in section (do the building, and then Mary and Joseph for example) and don’t rush.

Supplies:
White, smooth cardstock
Cardstock in colors of your choice for card base and front (used blue, light and dark gray, and light brown)
Glue
Bone folder (or credit card)
Stickles in stardust (optional)
