I thought about bringing in a little humor to this project. And what has brought laughs since the beginning of time? Yes, the sound a whoopee cushion makes. We all know the sound, and it is pure comedy. So I incorporated into a card that will surely bring a smile to someone’s face.
This card uses print and cut to make it incredibly fast and easy. If you don’t know how to print and cut, you can watch the video tutorial here.

1 – 8 ½ x 11 sheet of cardstock in white
1 – 8 ½ x 11 sheet of cardstock in blue
2 – 8 ½ x 11 sheets of cardstock in 2 shades of red
1 – 12 x 12 sheet of cardstock in white for envelope
