Beautiful DIY Quatrefoil Decorative Mirror with Many Uses
Create this Quatrefoil Decorative Mirror with just three “ingredients” as a decorative tray to hold candles or a small picture frame, plant, or jewelry tray. This project uses just two beveled mirrors and a sheet of metallic vinyl as a shiny overlay. Add a strip of the overlay to a pillar candle for a matching set. This art deco mirror could also be propped up on a shelf, placed in an easel frame or hung on a wall.
High Impact for Little Cost
Do not be intimidated by how fancy and “expensive” this mirror looks. It is neither difficult or expensive! The final effect is truly stunning making this the perfect addition to your home or to give as a special gift.
Plenty of Options to Customize
The material used for the gold quatrefoil overlay is linked below and comes in gold, silver, and rose gold. The size of the mirrors is flexible (in fact the top one can be as large or small as you like). If you use a smaller bottom mirror (the one suggested as 12″) you will need to resize the file to fit.
Included Candle Wraps Make A Gorgeous and Affordable Gift
The overlay material is just $9 a roll and there is plenty to make multiples. After that you just need to get the size mirrors you want. In total this gift will easily come in under $15 per a mirror if you make 2 or more. There is also a quaterfoil wrap included in the file so that you can wrap candles to set on top of the mirror completing a stunning centerpiece.
Supplies:
Duck Brand Deco Metallic Laminate in metallic look of choice (copper pictured)
12 inch square beveled mirror
5.5 inch square beveled mirror
