Stamped metal signs are very trendy but so expensive! No worries! Pazzles has the files and I have the methods to make a fun decor piece for a fraction of the cost using paper, spray paint and an inexpensive pre-made wood sign (or save even more with a piece of scrap wood.)
Supplies:
1 12×12 sheet thick card stock
Large Wood Pallet, or scrap board about 11.8 x 15.8 inches
Zots Glue dots – about ⅛ inch
Wax paper – two pieces (or two sets of smaller sheets) large enough to go under the cut paper, about 15×15 inches
Newspapers to protect work surface
Sharpie marker fine point – silver or gray
Hammered Spray Paint-Silver
Optional: stain or paint for the wood pallet or scrap board
