Rose Page layout

Melin is at it again. Even when she ventures into a different style, she creates another masterpiece. This page is just wonderful. I love the shabby chic feel this layout has. Melin has a wonderful sense of color.

Aztec Calender

The first word that came to mind when I saw this fabulous project by PaperKutz was "WOW". I sat back and was taken by all the elements in this Aztec design. I can understand why it would take the better part of three months of free time. I believe it would have taken some of us a lot longer. Designing alone is only half the battle but then to paper piece it all back together is amazing. True paper piecing at its finest.

Strawberries just for you.

When I saw this project uploaded to our image gallery, I instantly fell in love with it. This is a perfect example of how two types of patterned paper can complement each other so well. The pinks and greens are perfect together and move away from the traditional red and green that we normally associate with a strawberry.

Summer fun in the sun

I love summertime with the kids . The hot days are accompanied by all the wonderful activities of summer.. I cannot think of a better way to show this then through a scrapbook page. This week's Fabulous Find goes to Loretta for her "Summer Fun in the Sun " page. This two page layout is so adorable. It truly captures what summer is all about.

T-shirt Iron-on

She shoots….. she scores! This week's Fabulous Find goes to cindibasson for her Iron On project. We all love iron on projects when we see them but often we are afraid to attempt them ourselves. But why is that? After all, it can be so much fun and is so versatile. I simply had to show off the t-shirt that cindibasson made for her son’s soccer team. I love how bold and bright you can be with the designs on soccer uniforms.

Mr Fix it

Often when I am surfing through the gallery searching for a Fabulous Find, I look at the cutting files and wish they were on a page so I could showcase them too. This week I just could not let one particular cutting file go without mention.

Baby Carriage

Babies are always a reason to celebrate. This card is a wonderful way to show some baby love and that’s why it this week's Fabulous Find. Beba has done such a great job with this sweet little carriage. I love the scallops with the lace details and the pastel pink and cream complement each other so well. This is such a soft feminine look for a sweet baby girl.

Shoes, Shoes,Shoes

Shoes , Shoes and more shoes. I love an image that can be used with other images or is perfect just by themselves. Natalia has done just that, not once but twice with her shoe images. Each one could be used in so many ways. Whether on a card or in a scrap book, no matter where you put these little gems, they will add so much class. That is why they are this week fabulous find. I love the strappy high heel. Natalia did a great job with the details and, as we all know, it's all in the details.

Mothers Day Collection

Among those of us who have frequented the craft room for a while now, I am sure that when it comes to cards we can't help but think of Angie. She has such a great eye for card making. I find myself anticipating her next card creation.. This week's fabulous design goes to not just one of her cards but a Mother's Day collection.

Guns and Roses

I am sure most of us will agree that it is easy to pop out a card that is feminine but it definitely gets harder to make a masculine card. Angie is a card-maker Extraordinaire. It seems that it does not matter what occasion or person the card is for, she can create it.

Flower Wreath

I love to add finishing touches to rooms by touching up photo frames with a die cuts or ribbons or by adding some vinyl. Why not make a whole decor piece out of paper like this week's Fabulous Find?

Home is where the heart ...

Some of the most important things about a scrapbook page are the small details. This week's Fabulous Find goes to a person who never fails to show that it is all about the details, no matter what the project is. As I looked over the galleries, this week it was a little bird that caught my eye.

Strawberry Shortcake

When I see Strawberry Shortcake™ it brings back all kinds of childhood memories. It is so good that I can almost smell a strawberry scent wafting through the air. The pink and red with the rich green is so ‘berry’ Strawberry Shortcake™! When I saw Angie’s birthday collection I knew it had to be this week's Fabulous Find.

Lucky Charms

Sometimes we just don't realize how good we are until someone else gives us recognition. This week's Fabulous Find goes to a person that is just starting with the cutter, even though she modestly states that " it is it's nothing out of the box".

Baby Shower Collection

It's so fun to plan a shower for any occasion, but its extra special when we are celebrating a new life. This week's fabulous find does just that; it’s a whole collection of homemade baby shower decorations! Everything you need to throw a great party from the invitation to center pieces. Ana did a wonderful job with this collection.

Tea party

Being a part of the craft room is like being part of a community. We get to hang out with our friends, kick back, and share ideas and images. That is why this week, when I was looking for the fabulous find, I was very excited to find this project. I love the way it was put together using files from different members in the craft room. It feels as though a bunch of friends got together to scrap and shared their images Angie did an awesome job with these files.

Easter bunny pop-up card

Pop-up cards are all the rage, there are so many fun ways to create them. I especially love how Catherine created her pop-up bunny. With Easter just around the corner, and all of us busy trying to find the perfect card to make and send to loved ones. I had to pick this card as this week's Fabulous Find. Catherine did a great job with this piece,

Mini Mail Box

The best things often come in small packages. When I saw the little mail box by Ana Moreno, I knew I had to pick it for this week's Fabulous Find. There are so many dimensions to this cute little project.

Family Frame

For most of us, our family is one of the main reasons we love to scrapbook. They are the people we share our pages with, and whom we make our pages about. Scrapbooking is only one way to share our talents. There are so many other ways to show our affection and one is through home décor. Anyone can put a picture in a frame but we can pour our emotion into the project by creating a customized one.

Pop Up book

Pop Up books are all the rage with kids. They seem to keep them completely occupied from start to finish. This book captivated me and that is why I chose it as this week's Fabulous find. Just like Catherine's book, I start many of my images from shapes and turn them into things.

You melt my heart

When we look through magazines this time of year we see the colors pink and red. We also see hearts, cherubs and roses everywhere. There is no doubt in our minds that something is in the air and chances are its Valentine's Day. This week's Fabulous Find goes to someone whose work often melts our hearts.

Tri -Shutter Card

Tri Shutter Cards Each week, as Thursday comes closer, I get more excited about what project I am going to pick next. There are so many wonderful ones to choose from! This week's fabulous find goes to Catherine with her Tri Shutter card. I love this pattern and there are so many fun ways to use it.

Pillow Box

Dimensionals are so much fun. With Valentine's day just around the corner we are always looking for something fun to give. That is why I wanted to shine some attention on this piece by Angie. I have chosen the Pillow Box for this week's fabulous find because, let's face it, what is there not to love about it?

Baseball Wall Hanger

There are so many reasons to give gifts: anniversaries, a new job or (one of my favorites) the birth of a new baby and, of course, birthdays. Anyone can bring a pack of diapers or a toy but it takes talent to make a personal gift.
