If Inspiration Studio (not a Pro Version) was included with your Inspiration cutter, this software is not going to be compatible with Windows 7 or newer. You will need to purchase the InVue software.
You can purchase the InVue software In Pazzles online store.
If you have previously purchased InVue software and just need to install it, download software at: www.pazzles.net/invue. You will need the license number you received with your purchase for the InVue software. There are installation instruction available in the InVue Quick Start Guide below.

Windows (7, 8, 8.1 or newer) or OSX (10.9+) operating systems.
The InVue Quick Start Guide will walk you through installing and making your first cut. Information on installation can be found on pages 6; Making your first cut page 16 – 22. Inspiration / InVue users: This Quick Start Guide is included with the purchase of a Vue. Although much of the guide will apply to your Inspiration with the InVue software, there are features within the InVue software that will work only with the Vue, specifically print and cut using the method in the quick start guide. Make sure when you go to cut the print and cut option in the cut panel is unchecked. This feature is only for the Vue and use of the optical eye. Using it with the inspiration can cause cutting and communication issues. You can find the print and cut button in the Cut Panel just above the Send button. You will want to make sure the Print and Cut button is UNchecked.
Please note, the Inspiration is older, designed for older technology. To get a newer computer to talk to the Inspiration, additional steps may be required. If you have issues sending the first cut from the InVue software to the Inspiration, specifically that the Inspiration is not connected or nothing happens, you will want to follow the steps Inspiration Not Detected or check to confirm virus protection is not blocking the FTDI drivers. For additional troubleshooting you can find more information at www.pazzles.net; Support; Knowledgebase or enter a ticket with Pazzles and we will get back to you with more information. To avoid delays in resolving your issue, be sure when entering a ticket you include the cutter you are using, software and operating system.
