Is the winter blues getting you down yet? I know that around this time of year I am always ready for winter to be over! All the fun winter holidays are over, and I am tired of not seeing green. I want something new! If the winter blues is getting you down too, you can always find something new here at the Craft Room! Sure it’s not exactly spring, but there certainly are fresh and new things popping up everywhere!

Monday, Lisa shared how she is taking extra “me” time and asked how you are taking time for yourself this year. Tuesday, Chris shared a great tip and video on how to use the Text to Path feature. Wednesday, Tatum helped us understand what the “Advanced Options” in the Cut Control Panel do. Thursday Lisa showed us a great baseball project done by user pamjsp99. Also on Thursday we shared a Valentine Overlay free file so be sure to check it out!
Albums
21 more projects have been added to our Albums! Among them are quite a few beautiful cutting files, a valentine’s day card, and several beautiful pages.
Library
We have 20 new cutting files in the library this week. There are several household items and more Valentine’s Day images. There are also some images made per request on the Cutting Files forum including a buck, deer, and a saxaphone. Yes we do take requests!
Videos
There is a new video tutorial on how to use the Text to Path feature. This is a great feature for making curved and wavy titles or making a title that perfectly fits around a frame. You can find this great tutorial in the Beyond the Basics section of our videos and is called “Fitting Text to Shapes or Lines”
