Someone stated for chipboard cutting I need a ‘deep cut blade’ for my Inspiration. I didn’t see that Pazzles offers a ‘deep cut blade’. Perhaps they were mistaken?

One thing that makes the Inspiration so easy is that it uses one blade regardless of what material you’re cutting. That means you can cut anything from vinyl to chipboard without needing to change to a different blade. The Inspiration blades were designed to hold up to thick materials such as chipboard without requiring the use of a “deep cut blade”. In fact, other companies’ “deep cut blades” are exactly the same as the Inspiration’s regular blade. How convenient to know that it’s easy and hassle free when it comes to the blades and doesn’t require keeping two different types on hand. One blade for everything keeps crafting simple and convenient.
I love chipboard for my book making. Every time I logon I find a great new feature or ‘inspiration’. I’m glad you posted this information as I was wondering about chipboard as well. Thank you Tatum and thank you Craftluv 45!
Correction, I better learn how to use all the great features. I really enjoy the Pazzles Craft Room. I would miss out on so many features, ideas, and great downloads.
That’s why I wanted the Pazzles over all the rest of the cutters on the market, because of the
“One Blade for Everything”
Thanks Pazzles!!!!!
I have been making chipboard albums for new babies, using the letters of the name for pages and binding with coils rather than having a fold for the edge. However, when I try to cut the chipboard, to get it deep enough, the machine grunts and grinds and stops. I have tried levels from 3 to 4.5 and it is either not deep enough and I have to still use scissors, or it is too deep and I am afraid it will ruin my machine. Suggestions? Also, in your tutorial for cutting letter pages you mention a CD that has a project such as that already to put together. I would like to get that but don’t know what to order.
Thank you!
