Mystery Solved!

The Pazzles Prattler reports today that the dashing investigative reporter, Blade Sharpe, has solved the mystery of The Four Gray Rollers. Sources close to the investigation say that Blade uncovered the truth while doing research in the Pazzles video library.

If you purchased an Inspiration lately, you may have been puzzled by the packet of 4 small gray rubber rings. Due to a mistake at the factory, the rollers were not pre-installed on the first batch of Inspirations that debuted with the new rollers. While the original intent was to have the rollers already installed, I think it is a good thing that they were not.

The new rollers are our most recent improvement and innovation for the Inspiration. If the rollers had been already installed, many of you would not have realized that they can be removed and replaced as desired.

Having removable rollers is a fabulous bonus!! This means that you can remove them when using a pen with thick, slow drying ink. There will be no rollers to smear the ink if it does not dry quickly enough. If you have tried cutting soft metal or foam, you know that the original rollers can leave an indentation in the material. That problem has been eliminated with the new rollers.

If you have an Inspiration with the original permanent rollers, I recommend that you transition to the new removable ones. You can order them from Pazzles at a minimal cost. Simply cut off the old ones and install the new rollers. Watch the video below to see how it is done.

Extra! Extra! (I’m returning to the news theme, here.) This new innovation is directly linked to a new tool that we will be unveiling in the next few weeks. Be sure to stay tuned to see what else the removable rollers have made possible.

I cant find the new rollers in the shopping section anywhere. Where are they? I want to get them. I have the original rollers and I try to never have to move them cause they are a PAIN!. I would LOVE these new ones.

If you’re interested in placing an order for the new rollers you can contact me directly at 866-729-9537 x1006, and I would be happy to help process your order. You can also place an online order in our store. We have added the rollers under the Tools & Accessories section, and the cost is $3.95.

LOL that is too funny. When I unpacked mine I thought they were to keep cords clumped together so I had them around my Inspiration, Laptop and USB Hub cords. I have now taken them off the cords and placed them on the bar on my Inspiration. I’m just glad I knew where I had put them. Thank you for setting me straight.

Question, is there any chance these will shift or come undone with age and use? I’m sure we can get new ones, but I’m a person who is not easily changed from what I know (a doubting Thomas) and want to be VERY sure I will like them if I cut off the permanent ones… Bet I know what the new tool and surprise is! But I will not even whisper my idea or supposition, as I don’t want to ruin it for anyone… looking forward to seeing what it is and if my guess is right!

    Gloria, I totally laughed out loud….LOVE IT…

Trina, I have been using these and they seem extremely solid. I will be switching them out on my home machine soon, (I just keep forgetting to get them while I’m at the show)

Wow these would be awsome if they didnt cost three times more for shipping then the actual item costs. There has to be a better way. I cat see spending $9 to ship an item that cost $3….

I just got a new cutter, and the rubber rings looked cracked, LOL so I thought there was something wrong. I am glad I looked at this.
