Watercolor Resist Wall Art

How to make a beautiful piece of wall art using watercolor resist technique. You can put more than vinyl on your walls with the Pazzles Inspiration! I love the look of watercolor paint resist, so I decided to make a 12 by 12 piece of wall art. I made this whole thing in less than an hour! Using the Inspiration Pen Tool, you can apply paint or glue to watercolor paper and paint over it for a resist effect. It’s a great technique because you can choose colors and styles to match your home decor. I explain a few optional splatter and sponge techniques as well so you can have a really customized work of art. Enjoy!
Here is the recipe and cutting file for this project!

This is awesome…I did something similar with glue and chalk but didn’t think to remove the roller things and ended up with some smears. I’ll try this and my chalk version again… Love this.

Thanks for another neat idea! I remembered trying something similar using a candle to draw. Now I can try it with the Pazzles using the pen tool to hold the stick of wax to draw or trying your method using embossing powder.
