October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we’ve partnered up with Splitcoaststampers and their Hope You Can Cling To campaign.
There will be a new card-making challenge every day on the Splitcoaststampers forum. Cards are going to the MD Anderson Cancer Center at the University of Texas. The program has been a big success in years past, and has brought a lot of happiness to the patients and the people participating.
Splitcoast may be known for stamping, but there will be no shortage of electronic die cutting among these challenges: you can play along as long as you make a card—you don’t have to stamp! I know you will knock their socks off with your creations. I’ve pulled a few files from our Library for our Craft Room members to help you get started:
- Ribbon Angel
- ‘Crop for the Cure’ title
- Cause Ribbon shape
- Bra
- ‘Hope’ title
So stock up on pink supplies and get crafty with Splitcoaststampers in October. You might win a cool prize! Keep an eye out… one of those prizes just might be white and blue and covered with butterflies!
Happy Crafting!

I love SCS too and am a member. I just might make the time to do this. 🙂
I was diagnosed with BC early this year (thankfully it was found VERY early via a mamogram)…..will be participating for sure, thanks for posting this!
So glad you’re okay, Pat! Good luck with the challenges.
