Valentine’s Day is the most romantic time of the year. Perhaps you’ll be the lucky one who gets to share a kiss with your sweetie under an umbrella. No matter what plans you have for this special day, this Valentine glitter globe will make the perfect gift or home decor item for your special occasion. You can substitute this cute couple for a picture of you and your sweetie to customize your globe.
I chose to use a large pickle jar to create my globe because I wanted the finished project to be a bit larger than a standard mason jar. You can re-size the files to create the scene at any size you’d like and to fit any jar you have.
I finished off the project with a trendy junk-bow. A junk bow is a bunch of random ribbons, fibers, twines and even fabric tied together in a bow. I used a few different ribbons, a few twines and then died some Hug Snug seam binding to the exact color of pink I needed by spritzing it with color mist.
I hope this Valentine’s Day is filled with many Hugs & Kisses. XOXOXO
~Tatum
