This card is one of the Fun Folds Card Bases Collection Files. I love all of these unique card styles, so decided to make this Center Step one. I enlarged the cutting file to a full 12” and then used the Fancy Frame file from the Craft Room library sized to about 4″ to frame the vintage image. The Fancy Frame was attached to the card with dimensional pads. The Fun Folds Center Step cutting file even has the pre-sized decorative paper strips making this complicated-looking card super easy to make.
