I am not sure whether it is nostalgia or something else that draws us to those little wooden letter tiles but it seems that we all love them. This month’s Project Pattern includes the traditional letter tiles that we all recognize but it also includes ones for punctuation, numbers, and shapes. There are even some with fancy corners that have room for you to add your own font.
Whether you make them big enough to hang as a banner, or small enough to add to a card these tiles will spark you creativity! Use them for wall decorations or on bulletin boards, make them in traditional colors or pink and blue for a baby. The options are endless.

Lovin’ these!!! I can see all kinds of ways to use them. You could simply add them to the top of plain square boxes spelling out a word or someone’s name, or use them to help a younger student with spelling. I am very excited about this file. It’s gonna be fun to see what everyone comes up with!
