I could have made this child’s Easter Bonnet from cardstock, but with our abundance of rain in the Pacific Northwest, I thought it would be better to create it from fabric. My Pazzles Vue did a great job cutting the doily and flower petals, using the Pazzles Fabric mat and a new Pazzles blade. The 100% cotton batik fabric was double sided, and stiffened with Terial Magic, an environmentally safe stabilizer. A Curling iron was used to curl the flower petals.
My young friend felt like a princess wearing this hat, and her younger brother thought she was getting married!
