I don’t think you can survive a visit to the beach without buying a Popsicle, especially with children! This card would be great to wish your friends and family a happy summer holiday and “Chill Out”.
I have made my base card using one of the card templates in the Pazzles InVue software. File>New From Template>Cards (A-2 4.25 x 5.5 Card). I love using these templates as they are my “go to” files for creating cards, envelopes and boxes.
I imported the Wave Border and Wave cutting file. I deleted the smaller wave as it was not required. I duplicated and spaced out the wave border onto the front of my card having lightened the blue waves using the Color menu. I also used the Summer Titles Set 2 and manipulated the colours in the title to match the rest of my card design. When I was happy with the arrangement of my base card I Print and Cut before making the Popsicle toppers.
I cut out the 3 Popsicles using various coloured cardstock and layered them on to a wooden stick which gave the front of the card extra dimension.
Super easy and fun to create.
