Scrabble Tile Box

One of the first things I remember learning in school was my ABCs.  I remember it being fun to sing the ABC song, and to write them out on those big tablets.  These boxes can also be a fun way to teach your child the alphabet. Why not make a set and display them? Or better yet, choose one letter each day and have them find small objects in your home that starts with the letter you chose and place them inside the box. Maybe you could use the other boxes to spell out some of the items they found. Though the above suggestion is a fun way to use the boxes, my children are teenagers and I am not sure they would play along with the above idea…lol.

That being said, there are many other uses for these boxes. What about choosing the letter of the first name of the person you want to give a gift to and adding their full name on the topper, or use them to spell out words like BABY for a baby shower, or XOXO for Valentine’s Day.

If you chose to cut out the outer black tiles I have included a foldable card file that you can make as long or short as you like. It’s just a fun way to use the black paper tiles.

These boxes are fun and can be used in all kinds of ways. I can’t wait to see how you use them for your own occasions!
