Best Friends Milk Carton

I love milk carton projects so I thought I would make a mini sized one for one of my Best Friends.

You will need a heavy weight cardstock for the main body of the Milk Carton.  I resized the Milk Carton House cutting file and I removed the house details plus roof as they were not needed for this project.  I also changed the perforated lines into embossed lines and used my embossing tool to score the lines.  If you use perforated lines I find the project tends to tear when the box is opened and closed but the embossed lines make the carton more stable.

I then used the Fresh Bouquet Digital Paper Pack to create the panels for my box.  I resized the paper and performed an image crop for the 4 square panels. I Print and Cut the panels then inked the edges of the paper with ink.

I cut a strip of the digital paper which I folded at the opening of the top of the milk carton and secured it with a decorated wooden peg

For the top panel of the milk carton I used the pink digital paper from the same paper pack.  I created my own sentiment using fonts from my computer and matched up the color of the font, then performed a Print and Cut for the top front panel.

I used the same paper to cut the paper flower which was from the images included in the Summer Blossom Paper Pack. Again, I inked the edges of the flower and adhered a flower embellishment to the center of the flower.
