Beach Impossible Card

Summer is well underway, and with the sizzling heat many are headed to the beach for outdoor fun and events. Here is a quick beach-themed birthday card that is quick and easy to make. You can change the sentiment on the front panel if you like. There is also a back panel for additional messages, journaling, or sentiments.

The base of the card is created from a single piece of cardstock. But after it is cut, and several of its segments are twisted to the back, portions of the card pop up. It looks Impossible! There is an additional piece of 7”x5” cardstock used on the bottom to stabilize the cut panels.

The elements on the card are layered using pop dots to make it more dimensional and fun!

Design pieces can be Print and Cut as I have done, or they can be layered. You may use patterned paper for the decorative panels, or you may print some digital paper, as I did, and cut the pieces from the printed paper.
