August 21st is also National Senior Citizen’s day so why not honor a senior that you know? These can also be fun ribbons for your student that is taking a “victory lap” or for your older friends who know how to take a joke!
Print and Cut or Cut and Piece these ribbons (or Print and Cut just the center for an extra-super-speedy project) and attach them to a treat , soda or juice, small gift or a note describing your thoughts about their super-ness for a couple of Super Senior Citizens you appreciate and admire in your neighborhood, family or church.
Materials:
1 sheet 8 ½ “ x 11” Georgia Pacific Premium Cardstock Paper 110 lb., 92 Bright
1 sheet each of royal blue, red and yellow COLORBÖK Primary Solid-Dyed Core Premium Cardstock Stack
Glue stick
Dimensional foam dots
Hot glue gun
Instructions:
Print and Cut the Super Senior title centers of the ribbons or cut them from cardstock to paper piece. Cut the other layers of the rosette and streamer portions of the ribbon from the other colored cardstock. Assemble with glue stick or dimensional foam dots. Attach to a treat, gift or note for your special senior and deliver with a smile and a few minutes to chat. Enjoy!
