Vintage By Day, Glowing by Night
By day this flower pot looks vintage with its whitewashed dahlias. By night it glows (if exposed to sufficient light). Keep it in a sunny space indoors or a sunny (but sheltered from rain) place outdoors, and fill with a favorite thrill (sticks straight up) plant such as an aloe plant, basil, or grass.
Surprisingly Simple DIY
The beautiful dahlia flowers on this pot are made from paper and then glued on. Then the whole thing is sprayed with primer and finished with glow-in-the-dark paint. I have included step-by-step instructions in the download too!
As Decorations, Gifts, or Creepy Halloween Decor
These are lovely as decoration for your home or centerpieces for an event. Wouldn’t they make a lovely gift too? If you want something gothic (Halloween anyone?) add some “dying” flowers and cobwebs. You could also paint the whole thing black. Just a few tweaks can take this from a beautiful vintage flower pot to a creepy halloween decoration!
Glow in the Dark
The glow in the dark paint is charged by the sun so be sure to put this pot somewhere where it gets plenty of sunlight so that you get the full glow effect at night. Also remember even though those flowers look very sturdy, they are made of paper so you won’t want to get the outside of this pot wet. A covered porch or well-lit window would be the perfect place to display this pot!

3-Pearl straight pins
E6000 glue
Spray Paint Primer
Glow in the Dark Spray Paint
Nitrile gloves
