I updated my Inspiration and now the lights won’t come back on. How do I fix this problem?

Have you recently walked through the Inspiration updates and now the lights on your Inspiration will not power back on? This can occur when the download process was either interrupted and/or shut off before the download was complete. This may happen because of user error, a power outage, a computer failure, or even a conflict with your antivirus software. A simple solution for this is to walk through the Inspiration updates again. If you have Spyware and/or Antivirus software running, it is best to temporarily deactivated them to avoid these programs from conflicting with the updates. You will need to sync the machine again by pressing the load/unload button and the power button. Once the lights are on you can download the Inspiration Firmware update again. When the updates are successfully downloaded, your computer will prompt you to turn the Inspiration off. Make sure not to turn your Inspiration off before then.

Thanks Tatum…had run the software update but not hardware…wohoo..just finished and have just made 4 different cuts without a hitch…sooooo very excited to have my new pazzles….
