This week I chose this card created by Pinkalicious of the royal wedding between Prince William and Kate. I thought this would be a wonderful way to honor such a special occasion for our friends in the UK. I will admit that I was very excited to watch the wedding. Our family line is actually related to Princess Diana of Wales so it made the royal wedding even more special to me. This card reminds me of special childhood memories spent with my Aunt June and the memorabilia she had collected from her travels to England. So this card had a special place in my heart. I loved the simplicity of the card as well as the details to the crown. I also loved the font selection that Pinkalicious used. To say the least I thought this card was ‘royally’ beautiful!
I liked this when I first saw it. I like the different types of fonts that you used as well as the layered look. Congratulation, Joanna….well deserved!

Thank you for the lovely comments. I made this card using an SVG for the crown and a graphics file which I print and cut on my PI. It was great fun to make.
