Have you ever had a coffee shop upgrade your coffee size for free? I love getting free upgrades like that, who doesn’t? Pazzles Inspiration updates are like free upgrades for your software. The updates make the process of learning, and working with your machine a lot easier. Ever wanted to save away from your computer? If your cutter is updated you can save up to five images before you are prompted to plug the machine back in to your computer. You will also get the ability to rotate an image by clicking and holding on the bottom left hand corner of your image. One of my favorite is the ability to have images on the outer part of the allotted page size, but the Inspiration is still able to make the cut that appears on your page size. This is a great feature when working with parts to your favorite card, or paper piecing. Your Inspiration will even cut better with the updates!
These updates can be a bit tricky to find. To locate the Inspiration updates, please visit our website at www.Pazzles.com. On the left hand side you will see Inspiration Updates. There will be one link on the next screen. Click on this link to begin the download process. Please make sure that you follow all the steps very carefully. Take note that you will need to allow the process to download completely, otherwise the Inspiration will not power back on. Once you have downloaded the first Firmware update, you will then be able to walk through the Inspiration Studio download. Again, you will want to follow all the steps very carefully.
Pazzles tries to always notify users of new updates but it doesn’t hurt to check every once in a while. Don’t miss out on your free upgrades!
The rotating thingy on the bottom left hand is my favorite!!!!!! I had a previous version of this software and I hated it look for the rotate tool on the top of my design page, the first time I notice this new tool on the upgrade I thought COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the fact that you can extend paper lace off of the page and it still cuts for the 12 x 12 image. It didn’t always do that and I would have to trick the machine by creating a 12.25 x 12.25…I only realized the upgrade recently though because I forgot to change the parameters. It still worked!

Ok I like idea of the rotation feature, but I can’t figure it out, do you select the image first, then click and hold the bottom left corner? The last update that I did was 6.2.09. Dana
I like the idea of the ‘What’s Up Wednesdays’. To keep checking back to see what questions are the most often asked…..and possibly seeing I might not be the only one with the same question. Then to have it answered…!

Select your image and then hover over the bottom left corner until you see a circular arrow appear and then you can click and rotate 🙂 HTH
I love the upgrades!! By far for me the best was the rotating an image!!! I go to work in other programs and I find myself hovering over the left bottom corner to rotate only to find out….I’m not working in my PI!!!! Ha, Ha you have spoiled us! Keep them coming!
