As you probably already know we are in the process of getting ready to release our Wall Décor CD along with our new line of vinyl. If you haven’t checked out our awesome array of new colors, you’re missing out! Alynne, was just as excited as we are about the new vinyl and is already getting started with her 12×24 mat to sweeten up the walls in her home and office.
I’m looking forward to the new vinyl that Pazzles recently launched. However, this week I started working with my 12×24 mat and I get a message that, “my page size is too large”. I’ve set my page size to 12w and 24H. Why do I continue to get this message?

One of the reasons we have the updates on our website is because these updates not only update the hardware of the Inspiration itself, they also give you added enhancements and features to the Inspiration Studio Software. One of the features is the ability to cut on a 12×24. Without having the updates in place you won’t be able to utilize your 12×24 mat, and will continue to receive the error that your “page size is too large”. To locate the Inspiration updates please click here to open the update page or visit us at, www.Pazzles.com and click on “Inspiration Updates” on the left hand sidebar. Click on the “Download Now” link to begin the download process.
Once you have downloaded the update, run the update application. Select the “Upgrade” button under Inspiration Creative Cutter Upgrade and carefully follow the instructions presented. Do not turn off the power to your computer or Inspiration during this process or your Inspiration may not power back on. Once you have completed the Inspiration upgrade, select the “Install Inspiration Studio Upgrade” button to install the update to your Inspiration Studio Software. That’s it!
The 12×24 mat is great for cutting larger images especially quotes and images for wall art. Don’t forget to check out our Wall Décor CD, and our fancy colors in our new wall vinyl!
On the Web site the date of the updates shows 6/2/09. Is there a later update?
