Once again we have exciting news to share with all of you. We have added another member to our family here at Pazzles, please meet David! David has joined me in the technical support dept, and is extending his knowledge and experience working in the software industry to help support all of you. David graduated from ITT with a software engineering degree in 2011. Although he has lived in other states across the U.S. he is a native Idahoan and his lived here with his beautiful wife and family the last seven years. David is an avid cyclist; during his first week here at Pazzles he rode his bike to work 14.5 miles, but who’s counting?! We are excited to share with all of you his character and kindness and welcome him to the Pazzles community. David, we are glad to have you on board!!

Welcome David! I actually chatted with you last week when I purchased my Pazzles 🙂 Happy to tell you it arrived today and I’m a happy camper!!!
I already had the pleasure of working with David when he helped me to troubleshoot a software problem. He was very kind and understanding. Glad to have made the acquaintance!
