We are very proud of the image library we have created here in our Craft Room. Since our images are produced and owned by Pazzles it is important that we protect our designs in the process of sharing them. However we also want to allow you the freedom to use the designs for many purposes—whether you are hosting a crop or a birthday party. That is why we have an Angel agreement policy that protects our designs while still giving you the freedom to create.
What is an Angel policy exactly? An Angel policy is a limited license that specifies the degree in which you’re able to produce and distribute the images that are provided to you via the image library, image CDs, and our uploaded projects in the Craft Room. The benefit to having an Angel policy in place is that it protects the artist from having their designs mass produced and resold by someone who did not create the design. At the same time we want to allow you some freedom to cut the designs for smaller gatherings such as a local crop. Many companies require an additional, more expensive, licensing fee for any images you want to use for what they consider “commercial” purposes but here at Pazzles we know that your budget is tight and often you want to use these images in small amounts for non-profit gatherings, charities, or to make a handful of kits for your local scrapbooking store. Please read our Angel policy for the limited terms and use in which you are able to create and distribute Pazzles cutting designs. Edited to Add: All images in the Craft Room Library are covered by these guidelines. That includes images from other vendors such as Miss Kate Cuttables.
