On the sixth day of Christmas the Pazzles Elves gave to me…
This Pleated Christmas Tree Tag is perfect for almost any wrapping style. By changing the papers and backgrounds you can make it elegant, shabby, or country depending on your preference. Enlarge the cutting file and mount to picture frames (without glass) and you have great Christmas wall decor for your home.
The concept of the pleated tree came about completely by accident while I was experimenting with different ways to glue together paper rosettes. I had tossed one trial on the table and it immediately curled into the tree shape. It was definitely a ‘light bulb’ moment!

This is so very pretty and a very creative way of making the tree.
beautiful thanks for share
Very, Very Pretty
to make a rosette as easy as possible you need a hot glue gun and a silicone mat. Starting at your great clothes pin point just apply hot glue to one end of the piece. Immediately hold the glue to the silicone mat vertically and allow to cool slightly. When cool trim excess glue from sides and ends of the glued end. Hold the sides and just pull them into the circle for the rosette. glue edges lengthwise and hold in position a minute until glue is dry. (time depends on the kind of glue. red tape would work great but don’t recommend hot glue.) Instant rosette.
loving this, using the idea to make into cards for people I don’t need to post to
