‘Portraits of the Past’ Vintage Scrapbook Layout

VIntage Layout Portraits of the Past by Angie Contreras

Going through pictures with my mom, I came across these cute pictures of my mom and dad. I wanted to surprise my mom by creating a special layout. For the layout I wanted to go with a vintage style. To make the layout I used the rose cutting file from the Twirled Flowers project and for the hearts I used the wings from the Love Bug file. To add more of the vintage look I chalked and curled around the edges of the paper and added some black lace and bling.

What a beautiful layout Angie! Everything came together to make this perfect – the flowers, the clock, the text, the colors, the photos – I usually shy away from layouts, but this one is inspiring and makes me want to try one!

A stunning layout Angie and I love the vintage look. The sepia photos work so well coordinating with the other elements on the page.
