Deleting Media Settings in the Cutting Control Panel

I’ve saved almost every paper that I have cut at one time or another in my media settings. Saving these settings takes the guess work out of which pressure and blade length you need to use so that next time you cut that paper, the settings are already configured for you. With time you will probably find that you don’t need certain settings anymore or have found better settings to use. You may find that your situation is a lot like Angie’s and you just needed to eliminate some of those saved media selections.

I have duplicates in my media settings, and have some papers listed there that I don’t cut anymore. How do I delete those?

We’ve talked about how to save your media settings in the cutting control Panel. Please click here, to visit my previous blog “Learning about your Media Settings”. If you find that you want to remove one of the settings you had previously saved because you’ve found a pressure that works better than what you previously had saved, or you want to eliminate the saved setting all together, simply select the media you wish to remove. You can then either right click it and select delete, or once it’s been selected and is highlighted in blue you can hit delete on your keyboard.
