Easter Flowers

There’s nothing like a great project, but a project that’s easy to assemble and has a big impact—that’s even better! I loved these cute Easter egg flowers that Chris designed. What a fantastic way to dress up your eggs and display them. When she brought them in to the office I instantly started assembling the perfect flower. Then the next thing I knew I had created three, and if it wouldn’t have been in the middle of the work day well I probably would have hung out at her desk all day! I felt like a kid trying to figure out the perfect color combination, and I think even Chris got a kick out of the smile on my face when I was playing with all the flowers and kept telling her how much I loved the idea. It was proof that, just like me, she knew that a lot of you would also enjoy this project. To say the least, I was thrilled with the idea! This would be a great project for Sunday school for little hands to assemble and decorate their eggs. Tomorrow I’ll be coloring Easter eggs at our house and don’t tell, but…I’m taking some of the petals and leaves that Chris already cut out and taking some home with me for tomorrow! I can’t wait to color my eggs and then start piecing together the flowers on my brightly colored Easter eggs.

Here is the cutting file and instructions!

When I first looked at this, I thought that they were miniature flowers until I read the “recipe” and realized that the egg in in the center….how clever!

Another wonderful idea! As before, I wish I had more time before Easter……perhaps I can alter them and use them for another event! Thanks for sharing.

You could make them smaller and use small super bounce balls or even jawbreaker candies. 🙂
