Design Team Member Melin Beltran created this wreath out of the free twirled flowers cutting files we posted several years ago. The popularity of these beautiful flowers has kept this post near the top for years. And did I mention the files are free?

I am so glad to see that the Card Organizer made this list. It is the project I make the most and have the most fun making. I’ve made 4 sets to date. It is a definite “Go To” favorite in my book.
I LOVE the twirled flowers! I’ve used it so many times and each time I give away a gift of some sort using them (from pictures frame embellishments, topiaries, cups of roses, etc. I get so many nice comments. Thank you so much for this file!
