Engraving Tool: Autumn Wall Hanging

I’ve lived in a few places while in the Air Force and I have to say that fall in Georgia is the best I’ve seen. The colors are just beautiful, but green is still present, which is one of my favorite colors. For this project I used an old canvas frame. I took the fabric off and painted the frame black. I must admit I couldn’t decide what color I wanted to make the frame, but the black does make the copper metal pop. The frame I used is approximately 11” x 14” from side to side and top to bottom.

Halloween Wicked Witch Treat Bag

Halloween Treat Bag

It’s almost Halloween and time for the treats to eat and give away! I confess that I’m not a Halloween fan, but I do enjoy the candy.

Paper Purse

Scallop Flower Purse

Isn’t this a cute little purse?  I found this purse in the Pazzles Craft Room and thought it would be perfect for a 15-minute project. This little purse would be nice for party favors, money, or a gift card.  As usual though, I’ll be filling mine with wrapped candy, especially the Cherry and Apple Jolly Ranchers I love to eat! There’s only two pieces for the purse.  The sides of the purse are folded inward.  All you have to do is fold along the scored lines and you’ll be finished with assembly in a jiffy.

Pen Tool: Decorative Envelopes

Making envelopes is fun.  I have to be careful how I design them because sometimes I add too many decorations and forget I need to put them in the mail. For this project I chose to make a scalloped envelope named Deep Scallop Envelope located in the Craft Room Library.  You can make this envelope any size, but I chose to keep it small so I could add a small “Thank You” insert.

Iron On Material Cell Phone

Iron-On Vinyl: Elephant Cell Phone ...

Sometimes we just don’t want to carry a purse to run a quick errand, but we need the cell phone, just in case. I made a black denim cell phone pouch from jeans I cut into shorts. Hey, recycling is good. I used flowers from the Pazzles Craft Room Library. I also, found the elephant in the Single Stroke Designs category.

Stenciled Art Frame with Airbrushing

Home Décor, mainly wall art, is high on my list of interests.  This stenciled framed art will be a gift to a relative who loves one of a kind art to display in her home.  To personalize it even more I added the initial of her last name. For this design I used Pazzles Stencil Plastic and used my airbrush machine to fill in the white and red areas.  If you don’t have an airbrush machine you can use spray paint or use paint of your choice using a paint brush or even a sponge. All the images are from the Pazzles Pro 2014 image gallery, but you can find similar ones in the Pazzles Craft Room. The butterfly and flowers are layered.  I used black cardstock as the backdrop since I wanted to use white paint.

Engraving Tool Vintage Sounds Card

I really like the look of old things.  I call old things “vintage” now.  It sounds better than old I guess. I love music and especially love the look of the vintage record players and other vintage musical instruments.  I made this card for my daughter who is also a music lover. I used the Victorian Record Player, Flower Power, and Music files from the Craft Room Library and added a piece of aluminum metal to engrave on with the Pazzles Engraving Tool.  It took me a while to make the shiny aluminum look rusty, but I managed, using a combination of Super Copper Pearl Ex Pigments and Apple Barrel Black Acrylic Paint.  To see more on how to use the engraving tool, be sure and watch Klo's Class from April 10, 2016
