15 Minute Projects

Quick and easy projects using images from the Craft Room Library

Elf on a Ledge

We haven’t even made it through Thanksgiving yet and I’m already looking forward to setting my tree up. In fact I will have it set up this weekend. With that in mind, I’ll need a good elf to keep an eye on friends and family when they come to visit—after all, I need help determining who’s been naughty and nice. This little elf will be just the thing I need.

12x12 Scrapbook Layout Birthday Snapshots 2 Photo Pazzles Inspiration

Birthday Snapshots Scrapbook Layout

We saw that quite a few of you voted for scrapbook pages when we asked what images you wanted to see in the Craft Room Library. We will happily create some complete scrapbook page cutting files in the future, but for today we wanted to showcase a layout made by pulling some existing files from the Library!

Hope Shines Through Sun Rays Sunburst Card

Hope Shines Through Card

I made this card at home for a challenge project on another forum, but Michelle loved it so much, she asked me to show it off here! I'm happy to oblige. It's a really easy 15 Minute Project using one of the Sunray Card files I designed.

Tooth Fairy Pocket

Halloween has come and gone and it's time to put away the black and orange and play with a little pink! I created this sweet little tooth fairy pocket to share with you for today's 15 Minute Project.

Spooky Picture Transformations

Do you realize what a fantastic resource our Craft Room Library is? The images there are not just for cutting out of paper. They can be used in so many different ways! Today's 15 Minute Project is the perfect example of how versatile the designs are. In a very short amount of time you can make some amazing Spooky Transformations to photos of family and friends.

Candy Corn Bug Bag

Candy Corn Bug Box

You may have seen this cute little Candy Corn Bug in the New Images folder. When I designed him, I immediately knew that I was going to have to include him in a project. He is just too precious to pass by! I backed his wings in vellum to give them a fairy-like feel. This Candy Corn Bug Box project is probably not quite a 15-Minute Project, but it is really close! It depends on how much inking and decorating you want to do.

Autumn Harvest Gifts

Fall is my favorite time of the year. My grandpa Clyde would take us grandkids for a Saturday drive through Yellowstone National park since it was only an hour away from where we lived to look at all the Quaking Aspen trees changing colors. I was always amazed how those beautiful green leaves could change to the most vibrant reds, oranges and yellows I have ever seen. I always loved the orange leaves best because they would be so bright they were almost neon!

In Case Of Emergency Break Glass Candy Box with Hammer

In case of gift giving ...

There's no emergency like a chocolate emergency! Make this 15 minute gift box and you will never be caught unprepared again.

Halloween Spooky Cemetery Overlay Card

Spooky Cemetery Card

I’ve been really excited watching our Haunted Village come to life. I loved the spooky cemetery so much that I decided to create my own! Whether you need a card, overlay, or spooky invite to your next monster mash, this 15 Minute Project is for you!

Quick and Easy “Boo” Banner ...

This started off as a quick 15 minute project but in true Pazzles fashion, it turned out to be much more! We loved these pre-cut canvas shapes from Canvas Corp and knew just what to make with them. We started the project by creating candy corn pieces using Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist and a vinyl masking stencil cut with the Pazzles Inspiration.

Birthday Celebration Card

It's so much fun to receive a handmade card and know that someone cared enough to spend the time to make it. You can brighten someone's day by making the perfect card using the cut files in the Craft Room Library. Today I'm sharing a card that comes together quickly and can be customized for the person receiving it.

Hydrangea Hanging Ball

This Hydrangea hanging ball, or pomander, would make a beautiful wedding decoration. It can also be used as decoration in the home. I made this one to resemble a hydrangea but it could be a fall chrysanthemum by using golds and rusty reds. If you change the colors to red and green you can have a poinsettia ball. The Inspiration makes short work of cutting all of the flower pieces. (I cannot imagine punching each one out individually.) The project is perfect for working on while watching a movie or your favorite tv show. Older kids can help by poking the pins through the center of the florets. But be warned! They will likely want one for their room too.

Get Well Overlay Card

I love the look that overlays can add to a project. They can range from simple to complex depending on the design and the look you want to achieve for your project.

Paper Clip Flags

Did you know that you own a money making machine? Well, ok, it doesn't MAKE money but it sure can SAVE money! It doesn't take long to realize that our Inspiration can make almost anything in the paper craft section of the craft store. I cannot even count the number of times I have put something into my shopping cart only to realize I can make it myself for a lot less. Today's Money Saving Trick is a perfect example

Love Card

Have you seen the New Images added to our Image Library on Friday? The latest group included three cards. The Hello Card just begged to be recreated. It was so simple and yet it had so much potential! I could envision several different ways to interpret it.

For You Card

“For You” Card

Today I am posting a 15 Minute Project. It is exactly as it sounds - a project that can be completed start to finish in 15 minutes or less. All of the images provided in this project will be images found in our library. Here is a simple, yet versatile card that can be as feminine or masculine as you need it to be. I hope you find the perfect occasion and special person in your life to share your card with.

Origami Pinwheel and Card

As promised I am doing another origami project! I really wanted to find a cute origami pinwheel for the 4th of July and when I saw this one I knew it was the one. Unfortunately...the instructions might as well have been in Russian! So after much wrestling and a little help from my coworkers I figured out how it went together and then made a much better set of instructions for all of you. Your pain is my gain! I decided to go with non-traditional 4th of July colors and I really love how it turned out. I also included several different phrases to use such as "Happy Birthday", "For You", and "Celebrate" so don't think of this as JUST a 4th of July project.

Farm Animal Boxes

My dad has been and always will be a dairy farmer. Oh sure, we pulled him in to the scrapbooking business for quite a while but as the saying goes you can take the man out of the dairy, but you can't take the... Okay maybe that isn't quite the saying but you get what I mean! So when I needed a gift box for him I decided to turn a gable box in to a cow. The little cow turned out so adorable and was so easy I decided to make him a few little friends. Aren't they adorable? These are a very quick project and are so cute. I hope you enjoy them!

Tie Tag

Father’s day is just right around the corner. Maybe you celebrate by enjoying a family BBQ or by hitting dad’s favorite burger joint. Whatever your plans are for the big day, mark dads favorite beverage with a tie tag and let him know how much he is loved and appreciated.

Dad Covered Cups and Dad Card

Masculine Card Series: Best Dad ...

While Moms may appreciate the extra effort that goes into a card with lots of layers and frills, Dads tend to like cards that are bold and simple. This easy cut away card lets Dad know he is the BEST of the best.

Moustache Heart Card

A mustache card! Honestly how were we going to get through this masculine card series without a mustache card? This card is very easy to make and though it is simple, I think it is also adorable! I have also included alternative text so the card can say "Thank You" or "Happy Birthday". With how in trend mustaches are right now I am sure you can find someone who will love this card!

Western Shirt Card

Western Shirt Card

For all the dads out there who are country at heart from their boots to their hat, I created this card just for you. Let that special cow poke in your life know how much they’re loved by creating this cute western shirt card. Yee Haw!!
