Baby Carriage

Babies are always a reason to celebrate. This card is a wonderful way to show some baby love and that’s why it this week's Fabulous Find. Beba has done such a great job with this sweet little carriage. I love the scallops with the lace details and the pastel pink and cream complement each other so well. This is such a soft feminine look for a sweet baby girl.

Disappearing Act

It’s not always easy to determine the reasoning behind computer glitches and temporary software errors. Even though we appreciate the advantages that technology gives to us, it’s also very hard when they don’t perform properly at all times.

My Magic Carpet Bag

I am beginning to think the Inspiration Studio software is kind of like Mary Poppins' carpet bag. Everytime I look in it, I pull something else out. What amazes me is that sometimes what I find is not really related to cutting at all. Summer is just around the corner. That means vacations, gardening, camping, swimming and...... boredom. If you have children you know what I am talking about. Boredom is as inevitable as scraped knees and grass stains in the summer. It can be frustrating for moms especially when their own time to craft and create is cut short.

Shoes, Shoes,Shoes

Shoes , Shoes and more shoes. I love an image that can be used with other images or is perfect just by themselves. Natalia has done just that, not once but twice with her shoe images. Each one could be used in so many ways. Whether on a card or in a scrap book, no matter where you put these little gems, they will add so much class. That is why they are this week fabulous find. I love the strappy high heel. Natalia did a great job with the details and, as we all know, it's all in the details.

Hidden Treasures (Font Mania- Part ...

Have I mentioned that I LOVE fonts! They offer so many possibilities for creativity and can be huge time savers. In my first blog on fonts, I showed you where to find fonts, how to download them and how to use fonts without installing them. My second blog was all about Dingbat fonts, those fabulous fonts that are images instead of letters. Today, I want to encourage you to look at alphabet fonts a bit differently and find the amazing potential for designs hidden there.

I find myself anticipating her next card creation.. This week's fabulous design goes to not just one of her cards but a Mother's Day collection.

Importing Adobe Illustrator Files

There are a number of different designing programs out there. Many of you, like Norma, are using some of these programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw and are excited to see if these files are compatible with your Inspiration Studio software.

I’m sure you will all agree that it is very hard to keep a secret. Especially when that secret is really exciting and you KNOW that others will be just as excited as you are when they find out. We are introducing a new line of Wall Vinyl in addition to the vinyl we already sell. The Wall Vinyl is in a mat finish and comes in 12 amazing colors for practically any décor style.

Deleting Media Settings in the ...

I’ve saved almost every paper that I have cut at one time or another in my media settings. Saving these settings takes the guess work out of which pressure and blade length you need to use so that next time you cut that paper, the settings are already configured for you. With time you will probably find that you don’t need certain settings anymore or have found better settings to use. You may find that your situation is a lot like Angie’s and you just needed to eliminate some of those saved media selections.

Face Masks

As any teacher knows, teaching is as much about grabbing the students' interest and keeping it as it is teaching the subject. These masks can add a fun and memorable element to your lessons that your students are sure to enjoy. Teach about animal species, Noah's ark, and more!

A (Line) Guide to Cutting ...

I’m back after taking a week off. My newest little grandson, Dustin, decided to surprise us all by arriving 3 weeks early! I have been busy taking care of my 4 other grandkids and helping my daughter catch up on her work. I have to say that I am exhausted and I salute all of you Moms out there! I had forgotten how much work 4 kids can be. To make it up to you I have added another video on making peaked scalloped frames and borders. This week I wanted to give you some great tips on positioning your scraps so that you can easily cut out several pieces at one time. There is no need for a gimmicky laser light to find the edges of the paper. The method I am showing you today is just as fast and easy too. As I am working, I have one big bin that I place my scraps into. When I have a chance or when the bin is too full, I sort my scraps into colors and store them in separate containers. When I start a new project, I decide on my color theme, look for a base or background paper and then go to my scraps. Sometimes I don’t find anything but usually I can find a piece or two that will work. I love it when I can cut virtually everything from scraps but that does mean a lot of small pieces of paper to cut.

Classroom Signs

We are honoring the teachers in our community with a series of classroom projects! We all know the Creative Cutters are an amazing tool for crafting and scrapbooking, but they are also a fantastic resource for the classroom!

Good Behavior Tickets

Teacher’s Week: Good Behavior Tickets

Pazzles would like to thank all of the hardworking teachers out there by providing some projects made especially for the class room! Thank you to all our teachers past and present that give their time and hearts to help our children grow!

Guns and Roses

I am sure most of us will agree that it is easy to pop out a card that is feminine but it definitely gets harder to make a masculine card. Angie is a card-maker Extraordinaire. It seems that it does not matter what occasion or person the card is for, she can create it.

We Are Growing!

The Pazzles Craft Room has been a tremendous success and our family grows every day. Our family has grown so big in fact that we need a bigger "house"! We will be upgrading the server for the Pazzles Craft Room so we have more room. In order to upgrade the site, we will have to take the site down for approximately 4 hours on April 29th beginning at 9 am MST. Once we are up on the new server you should find that the site runs more quickly and smoothly, and we'll have plenty of room for our ever growing community! Thank you so much for your patience and for being a part of our family!

Backing Up Your Image Gallery

Nothing can be more frustrating than having a computer crash. We keep so much on our computers from treasured pictures, to personal and financial information. It can be a pretty overwhelming situation to lose all of your saved data. If you’re like Julie, than a lot of you are questioning how to even back up your cutting files. A lot of time and effort goes in to creating those images and it’s important that all that hard work doesn’t go down the drain in the event of a computer failure.

Flower Wreath

I love to add finishing touches to rooms by touching up photo frames with a die cuts or ribbons or by adding some vinyl. Why not make a whole decor piece out of paper like this week's Fabulous Find?
