Memorial Day weekend in the United States means the beginning of Summer here. (Sorry to our Australian friends, who are just heading in to Winter!) Coats are put away for the next few months, gardens are planted, and barbecues are planned. It is time to welcome summer! Whether you are still scrapbooking the last season, or busy preparing for the warm months ahead you can use this layout to quickly get your photos into your album.
Summer is upon us here in Idaho and that means school's out for summer! My kids have spent the last nine months with their fabulous teachers and I wanted to do something special to say thank you. To show my appreciation I created this Rainbow Pencil Holder Gift Box for today's project so we can make teachers everywhere happy.

We've spent the past few days sharing ideas for money cards with you and today we are wrapping up Graduation week with a set of three gift boxes perfect for jewelry, gift cards, candy, or any small gift.
Who better to dish out graduation cash and a little advice than a wise old owl. Tuck some money and a little note into his belly and it makes the perfect graduation gift.

Once a little girl, always a little girl. As Chris, Amanda, and I were preparing for our Fairy Garden Tea Party, the pink and tulle brought out the three year old in us and we fell in love with our projects. I hope you will enjoy these projects as much as we do.
One of the latest trends in the papercrafting world is the idea of art journaling. The concept behind art journling is just what you would imagine it to be, based on it's name. It is the idea of keeping a journal full of hopes, dreams and memories that also includes art in some form. Some people paint, some draw or doodle, and some use their scrapbooking supplies to embellish their pages. I have yet to jump on the art journaling trend, but the concept intrigues me.
