Today I want to highlight a past project from the Craft Room Archives. We have many new Craft Room members just now joining the fun and I want to make sure these fantastic projects are not forgotten. This is one of my favorites! While this was originally a Halloween project, these would make adorable party favors as well.
I've been papercrafting for years and years, but have mostly stuck to cards and layouts. Since starting to work at Pazzles and seeing all of the fabulous dimensionals Chris and Tatum create, I've been inspired to jump on the bandwagon and make a few things for my home.
I often give sets of handmade cards as gifts. While a set of cards is beautiful tied up in ribbon, I think today's project will make the gift of handmade cards just a bit more special. This Card Keeper Pocket Album can be customized in a variety of ways. Add as many pocket pages as you'd like and change out the category tabs to match your needs.

Today's 15 minute project was inspired by a Pinterest picture of a beautiful Peacock with it's feathers in full display and a caption that read "Be Fabulous." Peacock feathers have been on my mind since CHA where we spotted them as one of the current trends in paper crafting.
This fun Leprechaun-inspired treat box has space for treats inside the pot of gold and inside the cloud. Fill it with chocolate gold coins and marshmallows or real gold coins and white mints. It is sure to be a hit.
My desk was still covered in scraps from the Spring Mobile I made on Monday, so I decided to put them to good use for today's 15 minute project. The bright, fun colors of the Doodlebug Design Flower Box Collection makes any card extra fun.
Around this time of year I always feel so tired of winter and so ready for spring. It is still cold here and there are no signs of spring yet. To combat the winter doldrums I decided to add a little spring inside my office with a colorful paper mobile. The Flower Box Collection by Doodlebug Design Inc. features the prettiest bright hues and springy images and makes this project stand out. I'll hang the mobile from my office ceiling and celebrate spring inside until the weather cooperates and spring comes to Idaho.

One of the hot trends we noticed this year at the CHA trade show is the idea of scrapbooking with pocket pages. Many companies introduced divided page protectors and small journaling cards that fit into the pockets. The idea is that you slip your 3x5 photos into the page protector, add a journaling card and an embellished title card and you have quickly completed a page.
Today's Cutting Collection began with a suggestion from some of our customers. The Split Letter Monogram—Roman Style Cutting Collection is our elegant answer to your requests. This classic collection features each letter of the alphabet and is perfectly suited to vinyl and paper projects. We've used it here to create a trendy home décor project and a simple wedding invitation and thank you note set.

I couldn't resist just one more Valentine's Day idea for today's 15 Minute Project. Although this Valentine is a bit more time-consuming than the Classroom Valentines, it is still well within 15 minutes. Choose just a few special children in your lives and make personalized Valentines using the paper piecing characters in our Fantasy > Fictional Characters album in the Craft Room Library. The cast of characters you will find there include princesses, fighters, adventurers, super heroes, wizards and many more.
Bomb with a pixy stick or pencil fuse. Perfect for boys or girls and is so simple to assemble that the kids can help.
This nice little monster comes with three separate "monster" sentiments which can be attached to the Valentine. Take off the sentiment and play with the monster finger puppet or use the holes for candy or a pencil.
I'm excited for today's collection because of the potential I see in it. The Create-a-Calendar set was deigned to let you make your own custom calendars, and includes the grid, the button numbers, and a title for each month. Make a seasonal layout for each month and a matching calendar grid, and you will have an adorable calendar to give as a gift or hang in your own home. At the end of the year, disassemble the calendar, trim off the hole-punched bottoms and you will have twelve layouts for your album.
Nothing says I love you like chocolate, and the more chocolate, the better! With that in mind, I made a love pocket gift that holds an extra-large chocolate bar to really show my love for someone special.
