Pazzles Virtual University Beginner Course ...
The first Pazzles Virtual University Course for Beginners (August 2-3) is in just a few short weeks. We have had a tremendous response to this new education program but there is still room if you would like to sign up! If you are in the UK or Australia be sure to check out the times. The new Pazzles Inspiration Pen Tool has been anxiously awaited by those of us here in the Pazzles office and among our loyal customers. If you pre-ordered, rest assured that the shipping department is filling the orders as quickly as they can. If you have not ordered yet, all I can say is that the stack of pre-orders was pretty big so you will want to get your order in as soon as you can. :)
Pazzles Atlanta Retreat Deadline Looming
The Pazzles Atlanta retreat is only eight weeks away! Klo and I have been planning all kinds of great lessons and projects to share with everyone. There will be lessons, games, creative time, and pampering designed to foster friendships and learning new skills. Have you signed up yet? Our registration numbers are a little low, which we feel is odd because every other retreat has sold out, and this location was chosen by popular demand! Unfortunately, the hotel requires us to have a minimum number of attendees to hold the event and keep our costs reasonable. We have until August 1 to meet those requirements so if you have been waiting, please sign up now. If you are going, please encourage your friends to join you in the fun! Have you discovered the many used of washi? Here in the Pazzles office we are wild for washi! It is such a fun addition to almost any project and comes in a variety of designs. My favorite part is the fact that you can tear it to different lengths and the messy edge is OK. (I like permission to be a bit messy- it validates my penchant for making clutter when I create.) It can also be layered and because most washi is transparent you get an hombre look by adding layers.

If you are a fan of my Facebook page you already know that I am going on the trip of a lifetime to Israel. I only have a short time left before my husband and I board the plane to New York and on to Tel Aviv! We are going with a group from our church and I have been marking maps and learning history, locations, and topography. I love how the Inspiration Studio Software gives me the ability to use existing images and alter them to fit my needs. I can cut, rotate, resize and add to the design and come up with something entirely new. Sometimes I just play around to see what emerges! Recently, on our Pazzles Cruise, Klo showed a trick I had never seen before. Actually, I had stumbled upon it but never knew it had any real use. I bet most of you have done the same thing too. :)
